Distorted breathing patterns are one of the most underestimated yet most destructive issues of modern life. Shallow, irregular breathing creates a background of chronic tension, deprives tissues of oxygen, disrupts nervous system balance, builds fatigue, and slows metabolism. Emotional blocks, ongoing stress, and a disconnection from the body often originate in chaotic, unconscious breathing.

Dynamic Breathing in Motion

In my practice, this method includes a gentle “closing” of attention at the end of the breathing cycle: eyelids softly close, hands form a light fist, and awareness briefly gathers inward.
